The Amber Building in Edwards, CO is a 50,000sq. ft. 5 level commercial and residential building located in the Riverwalk complex. Riverwalk has been the most successful commercial development in Eagle County in recent history.
Showcase performed steel stud framing, drywall installation and finishing ofapproximately 5,000 sheets. In addition, EFIS and cultured stone installation was performed by Showcase. The total labor and supervision on the Amber building at peak construction periods was 18 to 25 persons.
